Privacy

MeetCRM is a customer relationship manager made in New Zealand. This page explains what we hold about you and why. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Your account

When you sign up we keep your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number and role. We use them to run your account and to contact you about it, for example to remind you before your trial ends.

Your workspace data

The customers, people, messages and files you put into MeetCRM belong to you. We store them only to provide the service, keep each workspace separate from every other, and never sell them or use them for advertising. Ending a trial or a plan never deletes it without your say. Ask us and we'll export or delete it for you.

Where it is kept

MeetCRM runs on Amazon Web Services. Workspace data is stored in Sydney, Australia; sign-in runs in Auckland, New Zealand. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Services we use

Sign-in uses Amazon Cognito and, if you choose it, Google. Email is sent through Amazon SES. AI runs in Sydney, Australia on Amazon Bedrock: AI features (finding leads, reading business cards, drafting plans and newsletters) use Amazon's Nova models, run by Amazon Bedrock in its Sydney region, only when you use them; your data is not used to train them and no AI provider outside Australia is used. When the lead finder searches the web, only the search words the AI writes (for example the kind of business and place you are looking for) go to our search provider, Brave Search; your contacts' details and customer records are never sent. Payments, once switched on, are handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers. Integrations such as Xero or Google Calendar only connect when you switch them on.

The demo

The public demo contains only made-up data. It sends nothing and is reset every night.
